Brandy has some crafty family members and so I joined their party on October 5th to celebrate World Cardmaking Day 2019. Brandy's sister and cousin Jessica each had a card making goal for the evening. Jessica allowed a photo and this post to share her creation for a neice's birthday. Her niece is young and loves flamingos. Brandy brought out the Cricut to die cut this silhouette image on pink cardstock which was then mounted onto a Distress Oxide blending background which had been dry embossed to create/add to the texture on the card. Some IO die cut grass pieces and this card is beautifully done.
It is so much fun to share our crafty "bug" and this night was filled with chatter, inky fingers and a few Crumbl cookies (who can craft without a little sweetness?!?!).
