Crafting Together Utilizing The Greetery Balloon Blooms Stamps and Dies

My good friend Kyle and I had a crafty get together.  I made a similar designed card for her birthday last year and she wanted to try to make some to give away this year.  Of course, I'm up for a crafty good time and these cheery balloons using The Greetery Balloon Blooms stamps and dies are just the trick.  She did a lovely job on the stamping, that MISTI really does the job nicely!

I also put a few together for my stash following our crafty session.  It is good to spend time with our friends.  I think Kyle sometimes tolerates my craftiness, but that's one of the things that makes her a good friend!

Landscape Notecards Featuring Art Impressions Watercolor Stamps

I'm back today with a few watercolor cards that I created a while ago and they sat in the stash unmade for a while.  I just love, love, love my Art Impressions watercolor stamps and always enjoy using them.  This should mean I use them more often, but somehow I get busy with other things.  This first card is my favorite... so charming and sweet.

I guess I'd have to say I like them all.  Never a disappointment, they always deliver a satisfying, artsy result.

Notecards Featuring Unity Stamps Funky Flowers Slimline Stamp

I've been a pretty unabashed fan of Ann Corbiere-Scott and her artsy goodness.  This means that I jumped on the chance to pick up the Unity Stamps Funky Flowers slimline red rubber stamp.  I set about making these two cards utilizing Taylored Expressions Mini-slim Scalloped Rectangles dies to back the finished coloring.  The first card was stamped onto Bristol cardstock and colored with my Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers.  It makes a striking take on the card.

The second card was stamped onto Bristol cardstock and colored with my Polychromos pencils.  Woo Hoo!  Not as striking, but I do love me some green and this card makes me unreasonably happy.

There are more in the making, but these two cards are definitely a great start.  Go check out Ann's design printables as well.

Notecard Set Featuring The Greetery Comforting Commands Stamps and Dies

I picked up The Greetery Comforting Commands stamps and dies at the sales in December.  I really love the sentiments as the focal points for a card and decided to use some die cuts from the stash and some spray backgrounds to make this set of cards.

Very effective and I think, a delight for the eyes.  Hoping to bring some comfort in our crazy world with something beautiful.

A Few Gorjuss Girl Notecards

I've been a trolling through the stash lately and finding half completed projects and I decided I just had to finish off the cards for these projects because.... incomplete paper projects are only worth the paper they are printed on.  Today, I'm sharing a few cards featuring Gorjuss Girl stamped lovely ladies.  This first is my favorite - so charming and striking.  I love how the polka dots pair with the patterns in the rest of this card.

I really tried to make this second card light and pale and breezy like the image.  I originally painted with masking fluid and it ruined the background around her hair.  You can still kinda see the flaw, but I think I tried to hide it nicely with the sentiment and the sequins... maybe not so much, but I'm hoping everyone is feeling the mellow of this image when they look at the card!

This last creation is also an attempt at pale coloring.  I think I didn't add enough contrast to the card and the photography is majorly lacking so the two in combo don't exactly add up to the best result.  Still, it isn't awful and I'll use it to send a sweet note.  It feels good to get some of these projects finished and proud of how at least two of them turned out.

You're Beautiful - For Send a Card to a Friend Day

My bestie made this card and sent it to me on Send a Card to a Friend Day 2021.  I am so blessed by her creativity.  The card is made using Concord and 9th Botanical Bundle stamps and dies and features some truly delightful yellow/green holographic paper butterflies (and focal point frame behind).  The picture does not do it justice.  My bestie knows me and so this card blends perfectly with the decor in my front room and so sits on a pie table on display for all who enter my house to see.  Thank you, Brandy, for being so kind and knowing me so well.  I love my card!

One last set of Valentines Featuring Colorado Craft Lots of Love Stamp

I am sharing today one last set of cards from Valentines Day.  Today is is a set of cards I made using my Colorado Craft Lots of Love stamp which includes images drawn by Anita Jeram.  The images are so easy to color using my Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers.  The result is so charming!

Such fun!  I made way too many Valentine's Day cards, but they are so fun to make I just couldn't help myself.

A Valentine for my Dear Daughter Featuring Taylored Expressions Heart of Hearts Stencils and Clearly Besotted It's a Celebration Stamp Set

I used my Taylored Expressions Heart of Hearts stencils and Clearly Besotted It's a Celebration stamp to create this valentine for my dear daughter, Katie.  This is her last Valentine's Day away from home as she'll graduate from college in May.  I wanted to send this card to brighten her day.  The little hamster is fussy cut after coloring with Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers.  That little guy looks just like Katie's hamster, Jasper.  He's helping me send hugs and kisses to my daughter.

Hoping your Valentine's Day is filled with both hugs and kisses!

Valentines By Katie Using The Greetery Posy Pocket Dies

My daughter had a few days off in a row, something that is very rare.  She decided to come home for those few days and while she was here she decided to make some valentines.  I thought I would share her work here with you today.  The blooms are a combination of The Greetery Botanticuts Forget-me-not dies and Lovely Blooms stamps and dies.  I had stamped and colored these in a major use session when I got those products.  She put them together, tucked into the leafy heart and a sentiment on the inside using The Greetery Heart Leaf Jumbo Posy Pocket Die following Betsy Veldman's video as instruction.

Other than the obvious help in that I'd made those blooms, she made these cards all by herself.  Quite the blossoming cardmaker and I'm sure the friends and family that received these cards will be tickled.  The big day is almost here.  Hope you are ready!

Multi-Purpose Love Cards Featuring Concord and 9th Stitched Turnabout Stamps

I had heat embossed using my rose gold embossing powder and the Concord and 9th Stitched Turnabout stamps a couple of years ago.  These card fronts sat in the stash waiting to be made into cards.  So sad!  I'm sure if you are a regular cardmaker that you can relate.  We all have high expectations that sometimes are sidelined due to other priorities as life gets in the way.

I am proud that these cards are finally made as I believe they are quite pretty and I'm pleased with how they turned out.  The cream die cuts were made using Waffle Flower's Sprigs dies and I lightly colored with Vintage Photo Distress Oxide ink.

Super glad these cards finally made it to completion.  Makes me want to get out that stamp set and use it some more!

Valentines Featuring Honey Bee Stamps Coffee Cut Card Die

I had some extra die cuts from a few years ago using patterned paper and the Honey Bee Stamps Coffee Cut Card dies.  I figured they might be a good set to put together for Valentine's Day this year.  I just love how they pair with the die cut heart and stamps made using my Papertrey Ink You Have My Heart stamp and die set.

Lot's of cards that pair nicely.  So much fun!
