Valentines Featuring Lawn Fawn's Whale You Be Mine Stamps and Dies

I am so delighted with how these cards turned out.  The images were colored using my Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and the patterned paper fits the images in a delightfully quirky manner.  I made a few of these cards because I wanted to use up the patterned paper scraps and I just think they are so cute!

 Everyone knows I love a punny card and Lawn Fawn delivers.  This stamp was old when I bought it and I've had it a while.  It still delivers!

Hello - A Card Featuring The Greetery Budding Beauties Spring Stamps and Dies

Oh my, but isn't this card featuring The Greetery Budding Beauties Spring stamps and dies?  The floral pieces create pretty accents to Brandy's monochromatic Hello sentiment and the quilted background makes a soft base for the cloud filled frame.  Pretty!
 

For Someone Special Using Papertrey Ink With Love Mini Stamp Set

Keeping with my valentines making theme, today's cards feature some patterned paper scraps and an older Papertrey Ink With Love min-stamp set.  I used Distress Oxide inks to match the colors in the patterned paper.  There is a bit of tricky stamping to mask portions out of the this stamp set and the black cardstock border to the angled patterned paper was a bit tricky, but I really like how these turned out.

Watercoloring with Brandy using Gina K Designs Delightful Blooms Stamp

Aren't these absolutely gorgeous?  Brandy has done it again, watercoloring these delightful images stamped using Gina K Designs Delightful Blooms stamp.  So pretty!

 Makes me want to get my supplies out and watercolor for sure!

More Valentine's Cards

Today I'm sharing a couple of cards made with stamps from the stash and random patterned paper scraps.  I tried a simple layout with the star of these cards being retained in the patterned paper.  Hopefully, I hit that note correctly!  This first card features a sentiment stamped with Concord & 9th Love and Hugs stamp set.  

This second card has an image from a very old stamp set that I fussy cut out and mounted with foam tape.  Simple, but effective.

Notecards featuring Taylored Expressions Field Notes

Today I'm sharing one of the neatest card sets yet, using the Taylored Expressions Field Notes Kit.  These cards were created by Brandy using some neon watercolor paints and holographic cardstock in the background.  Excuse the photos - it is difficult to get good photos that show off the holographic cardstock and the neon watercolors, but I think these give you the idea.  Trust me, these cards are more stunning in person than the photos present.

 So vibrant and colorful - they are a great example with this card set and once again demonstrate how fun this kit was to work with.

Pop-up Cards Featuring MFT Outside the Box Level-Up Dies

I just love the MFT Outside the Box Level-Up dies.  The cards go together super quickly and the result is actually quite stunning.  Today, I'm sharing some floral cards I made using the dies.  All valentine's cards should be pretty and these pop-up cards deliver.  This first card was made using florals made with Papertrey Ink Farmer's Market Florals stamps and dies.

This second card was inspired by the "flower bar" shopping display at the local flower shop where I sell my cards.  They always have buckets of flowers similar to a Trader Joe's display.  They will often wrap up these flowers into discount bundles for sale and my card was created to look like those floral wraps.  A cute use to the Papertrey Ink Fresh Floral Wrap Up stamps and dies.  The last card, featured below, I didn't get a front photo but wanted to share here with you as inspiration.

More Inspiring Cards Featuring Pink Fresh Studios Be Courageous Stamps and Stencils

Today, I get the honor of sharing with you a set of cards made by Brandy using Pink Fresh Studios Be Courageous stamps and stencils.  These slimline sets are also very easy to create beautiful and colorful cards with an easy stepwise process.

I think this card set is amazing.  But, Brandy has a reputation and so these cards are not surprising!  So glad she let me share them with you today.

Cards Featuring Spellbinders Dies

Making cards using the Spellbinders embossing folders and their dies is easy and quick.  Couple them with some holographic paper (which Brandy has been loving for some time) and what you get is a stunning result.  This set of cards is perfect example.

 Each card has a different aesthetic.  The SSS pre-printed tiny sentiments are also an easy win to send a message without a lot of work.

Cards Featuring Taylored Expressions Bokeh Stencils

Brandy's use of the Taylored Expresssions Bokeh stencils is a mastery.  These cards are a perfect example.  The rainbow birthday card is festive and definitely works for both masculine and feminine birthdays.  

This Halloween card is coming much to late, but is a perfect example of how versatile the Taylored Expressions Bokeh stencils are.  Love the result!

More Valentines using Papertrey Ink Farmer's Market Florals Stamps and Dies

I mentioned earlier this week that I intended to make some valentines using supplies from the stash.  Today, I featured my Papertrey Ink Farmer's Market Florals stamps and dies and patterned paper scraps.  All stamping was completed with Distress Oxide inks.  

I have decided that I truly enjoy making valentines and so I'm definitely making more!  I've also decided that I have some truly lovely stamps in the stash that are fun to play with and make cards.

Happy Birthday - A Slimline Winter Birthday Card

 Today I'm sharing a delightfully winter birthday card made by Brandy using her slimline frames dies and some snowflake die cuts.  It is no surprise that Brandy featured the holographic cardstock on this card.  It's also no surprise that it is difficult to take a photo that shows of the beauty of that holographic paper.  Still, this card is wonderful and I'm sure the recipient loved it.

Inspiring Cards Using Pink Fresh Studios You Are My Favorite Stamps and Stencils

Brandy shared these cards made using the Pink Fresh Studios You Are My Favorite stamps and stencils.  This stamp creates such a striking and beautiful slimline card.  Brandy selected some very pretty color combinations.

Definitely the time for inspiration cards and these two are among the prettiest!  So glad I could share them with you today.

Starting in on the Valentine's Using Paptertrey Ink Fresh Florals Wrap Up Stamps and Dies

It has been a few days since I did much in the way of card making.  This is mainly due to the need to take down Christmas and put it away resulting in cleaning up of the house - something like spring cleaning here in Arizona.  I decided to get back to it with a slew of valentine's card making using some oldies, but goodies.  Today, I'm sharing two cards made with patterned paper scraps from the stash and Papertrey Ink Fresh Florals Wrap Up stamps and dies.  I really like this first one and how the black ink creates a striking contrast to the pretty heart banner background.  

The next card is less striking, but I do enjoy the repetition.  All inks are Distress Oxides and they stamp so beautifully.  I have quite a few more ideas in the hopper and hope to place these for sale at a local flower shop.  They need to go somewhere!
