Merry Christmas Cards Featuring Elizabeth Crafts Christmas Kids Stamps and Dies

I found these teeny kids stamps so charming and outside my norm that I impulse purchased them at a craft show in 2019.  That seems so very long ago.  The making of these cards causes me to question what I was thinking.  Then I finished the cards and I'm so pleased that I know what I was thinking - these images will create adorable cards and this set fills that desire.

I am so very pleased with how these cards turned out.  I can't wait to get started sending cards this year as I have lots to choose from.

Thanks with a Side of Gratitude

I typically need some thank you cards this time of year with lots going on.  May be that is less so due to all the changes this year, but I felt the need and decided to put a few of these together anyway.  I just couldn't stay away from my Spellbinders Die of the Month from last year because they are so easy and adorable when done.

I had the patterned paper out and decided to use them for a backdrop.  The result is so adorable I'm glad that I made the cards.

Happy Birthday to my dear daughter!

I couldn't resist using my new Colorado Craft Company Birthday Wishing stamp set.  When I saw that this charming stamp set included what looks exactly like my daughter's pet hamster, Jasper, I knew what I would do.  I found the patterned paper in my stash and tailored the coloring to match the patterned paper.  I couldn't be happier with the results if I tried.

Happy birthday, my dear daughter.  I am hoping your day is as special as you are.  I'm so proud of who you have become!

Happy Thanksgiving 2020!

No doubt it has been a tough year.  No doubt there has been a lot of chaos and unrest and uncertainty.  However, I feel the depth of my blessings more because of it.  So glad to spend the morning with my daughter baking pies (she volunteered to bring them to her Aunt's house for dinner).  So glad that we enjoy sunshine and good weather.  So glad that we are healthy and together.

I decided to use my Spellbinders Small Die of the Month from last year to make these cards coupled with some patterned paper from the stash... old patterned paper.  They make the perfect backdrop for my pie making day and my attitude of gratitude.

An eggless pumpkin pie for my son.... blueberry lattice (my daughter's first ever lattice) and apple above.  Yum and gratitude, we've got is in spades.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Christmas Cards Using Anne Corbiere Scott Designs Printable Digi Files

I've so enjoyed using the art printables from Anncorbierescottdesigns.com.  Today I'm sharing cards made using the Carmen art printable.  The cards practically made themselves.  I only backed with a dry embossed grey background and some vellum.

This second set of cards is much the same - so easy and pretty.  I'm delighted with the glowing results.

These last two cards are my favorites - they create such a contrast and pop of color.  So fun and engaging.  I ordered the stamp sets from Unity stamps which are very similar.  I can't wait to receive and get making with those as well.

If you haven't checked out Ann's work at Ann Corbiere Scott Designs , I'd suggest you do so!  Tomorrow's the big day of Thanks!  I am hoping that you are able to celebrate as seems best, but that mostly you can see and be thankful for the big and small things in your life.
