Celebrating an Accomplishment

Brandy made this delightful pop up card to wish my daughter Katie a very happy graduation.  Katie graduated from Northern Arizona University last month and we had a virtual graduation celebration.  This card featured the NAU colors and was the most adorable of all the cards she received.  Yay for Brandy!

These adorable candies were a part of the goodies.... I mailed some to each participant.  They are made with Reeses Mini-Peanut Butter Cups, Ghirardelli chocolate squares that are "glued" together with candy melts.  The tassels are cut from Sour Patch Kids strip candies (chewy sour candies) and a little decorative yellow cake sprinkle.  So fun!

Additionally, I made these banners for each virtual participant.  Cut with my Silhouette, the banners are in NAU colors and on sticks that the participants could stick into the Ding Dong (cake for the party!) as a decoration.  It wasn't quite like having a college graduation party, but it was fun and unique for a pandemic sort of senior year!

Thank you so much for your kind words. Isn't it fun to encourage one another, even from a distance?
