Happy Easter Cards Featuring The Greetery Print Shop Floral Frame Stamps and Stencils

I just had to use my The Greetery Print Shop Floral Frame stamps to create some Easter cards.  I also wanted to pair the florals with The Greetery Empty Grave stamp.  For this first card, I stamped onto some bright yellow cardstock.  It was difficult to get a good photo of the florals because I used my Distress Oxide inks and some glitter pen.  In the end, this set of cards was more striking in person than is shown here in the pictures.  I decided to customize the envelopes so that they matched as well.  I'm very pleased how these turned out.

The next set of cards featured the same design, but in blue Distress Oxide inks.

I'm very pleased with how these turned out.

Easter Cards Featuring The Greetery Caring Cross Stamps and Dies

My aunt requested some Easter cards and I just couldn't resist using my The Greetery Caring Cross stamps and dies.  This time I also used my Taylored Expressions Deckled Rectangles Stencils and Distress Oxide inks (Crushed Olive, Mowed Lawn and Peeled Paint) to create the backdrop for the delightful cross die cut.  The sentiment on the inside was also simple, sending just the right encouragement for Easter.

I'm sure she'll like them and so will her recipients.  If you memorialize Good Friday, I will join you as we contemplate the death of our Savior in anticipation of Celebration Sunday, which is coming.

A Notecard Set Featuring The Greetery Bontaticuts Forget-me-nots Dies

This simple, but effective card set was totally inspired by The Greetery design team and is one of the key reasons I purchased the Botanticuts Forget-me-nots dies.  I die cut using the dies and then watercolored the die cuts and accented with my Polychromos pencils.  I paired the frame die cut using The Greetery Postage Stamp die with some patterned paper from the stash.  Oh my, these products delivered.

ETA:  The sentiment comes from Clearly Besotted Sweet Little Sentiments.

It is so hard to decide on a favorite, but I'd have to say the blue one is leading the pack.  Charming and lovely and fun to make.

Taylored Expressions Stamp Joy 2021

Brandy and I participated in Taylor Expressions Stamp Joy virtual event last weekend.  We were able to craft together and enjoy a tasty dinner on Friday night for the last session of the class.  These first cards are from that first session.

These next cards are all from the Saturday session.  We weren't able to participate in person together on Zoom, sharing the screen and watching the demonstrations.  The kits were easy to put together and the instructors were very helpful in their execution.

After the class, there were a few extra pieces left over.  I decided to put those pieces to good work and made a few extra cards.  I also repaired a couple of mistakes in the cards from the class.

All in all, a very fun weekend.  I just got the mess totally cleaned up today - everything away in it's place.  More goodies to play with and a pile of cards for the stash!
