Happy Easter!
Happy Easter! I am hoping that your Celebration Sunday is filled with all the joy that we can find in our Risen Savior. I'm sharing a set of cards that I made to send out to friends and family. I used my The Greetery Caring Cross stamps and dies and my Shiplap Builder dies to create these simple and effective cards.

Happy Easter Cards Featuring The Greetery Print Shop Floral Frame Stamps and Stencils
I just had to use my The Greetery Print Shop Floral Frame stamps to create some Easter cards. I also wanted to pair the florals with The Greetery Empty Grave stamp. For this first card, I stamped onto some bright yellow cardstock. It was difficult to get a good photo of the florals because I used my Distress Oxide inks and some glitter pen. In the end, this set of cards was more striking in person than is shown here in the pictures. I decided to customize the envelopes so that they matched as well. I'm very pleased how these turned out.

Easter Cards Featuring The Greetery Caring Cross Stamps and Dies
My aunt requested some Easter cards and I just couldn't resist using my The Greetery Caring Cross stamps and dies. This time I also used my Taylored Expressions Deckled Rectangles Stencils and Distress Oxide inks (Crushed Olive, Mowed Lawn and Peeled Paint) to create the backdrop for the delightful cross die cut. The sentiment on the inside was also simple, sending just the right encouragement for Easter.
I'm sure she'll like them and so will her recipients. If you memorialize Good Friday, I will join you as we contemplate the death of our Savior in anticipation of Celebration Sunday, which is coming.

Difficult Times and Making a Sympathy Card
I know that sympathy cards are difficult to make when the need arises. So, I made this card using my The Greetery Caring Cross stamp and die accented with the Pretty Postmarks leaves stamp and die. The Crushed Olive, Peeled Paint and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxides create a somber pallette. I'm pleased with how the card turned out and will hope that it can bless whomever ultimately receives this card.

More Easter Cards - A Different Color Scheme
One of my favorite sentiments for Easter cards is "He is Risen". This is the crux of the Easter message.
What is unusual with these set of cards is the color scheme. Here in the desert, we come to see the beauty in shades of brown. In the spring, there is some green, but there is also a fair amount of brown. I decided to embrace this after one of the design team members at The Greetery did the same. I actually like how this turned out with the slightly blue background.
I did a little playing around and used Scattered Straw in the background. I enjoy this version as well.
In the end, I decided to finish the set off with a more traditional color scheme. This is beautiful too.
Hoping your Easter celebrations are well under way and you, too, remember the reason we celebrate this Easter. May yours be a truly Happy Easter.

Christ is Risen! A Notecard Set
With all the turmoil and change in the world today, I can honestly admit that this Lent season wasn't as fully focused as previous years and/or should be. I did get a chance to use my new-to-me The Greetery Caring Cross stamp and die set. This set comes with a stencil for coloring the die cut cross after stamp layering the palm leaves with delicate blooms. I think this set is so beautiful and I knew I wanted to combing it with my Simon Says Stamp Tiny Words Faith stamp set.
The palm leaves are die cut using The Greetery and the Botanicuts Palm dies.
Sending wishes for your own Easter preparations.
