Notecard Set Featuring Concord and 9th Wreath Turnabout Stamp Set

Whew!  I made to the end of the card fronts from the stash which were stamped in 2018.  I was able to finish off the set made using the Concord and 9th Wreath turnabout stamp which were stamped with various inks to match the patterned paper.  The stamping session then was so much fun and the making of the cards this year was so much fun.  I'm not sure I waited, but I am pleased with how these turned out.

More Cards Featuring Concord and 9th Wreath Turnabout Stamp Set

Another set of cards made with the card fronts from the stash (yes, I got a bit carried away!) which were stamped in 2018 using my Concord and 9th Wreath turnabout stamp set.  This time I paired the card fronts with their patterned paper and some sentiments created using my The Ton Easy Expressions stamps and dies.  So delightful!

Using Some Card Panels from the Stash Featuring Concord and 9th Wreath Turnabout Stamp Set

I had mentioned that I had stamped a bunch of card fronts using my Concord and 9th Wreath Turnabout stamp set to coordinate with matching patterned paper.  These stamped card fronts sat in the stash since 2018 and I found them and decided I need to make cards out of them.  I challenged myself to identify different designs so that I don't have a set of 10 cards all the same style.  This is the first set I finished.  I edged the card fronts to create a look that mimics a banner and really like the layering, though it is imprecise.  I really like the color combinations that I came up with based on the patterned paper.

I'm so pleased to finally make these cards and they are delightfully beautiful.

Another Sweet 16 Birthday Card

Being completely transparent, I will own that the background wreath on this card was stamped using my Concord and 9th Wreath Turnabout stamp set.  The transparent part isn't the stamp set, but the fact that I stamped it back in 2018 when I bought the stamp new!  I had a very enjoyable (as I remember it) stamping party with all my inks and patterned papers and I stamped wreaths and set them together with the matching patterned paper... in a plastic zip-lock baggie... for two years before I stumbled upon them here in the past couple of weeks.  I shook off my disappointment in my self (they were so pretty, why didn't they deserve to be made into pretty cards?) and set them on my workspace to be finished, finally finished, and made into cards.

When my mom and grandpa wanted to sent a card to my cousin's daughter for her 16th birthday, I decided to use one of these card fronts to create a unique and one-of-a-kind birthday card.  This card is the result and I'm so very happy with how it turned out!  The sentiment is a combination of stamp sets, a Penny Black stamp set ("sweet" is part of one stamp), another Concord and 9th stamp set (for the "16") and The Greetery Birthday Blooms stamps, though I fussy cut the entire sentiment out to make it contiguous.   So pleased that his card finally made it's debut.
