Notecards Featuring Waffle Flower Tulips Stamps and Dies

I am continuing my dedication to use up those pieces previously made and left in the stash of bits.  Today are notecards created featuring blooms created using Waffle Flowers Tulip stamps and dies.  This stamp is so pretty, I paired with a simple sentiment and some foam squares.  Nothing much more than a little color behind to spotlight the blooms.

I found these tulips in the stash where I left them after stamping and die cutting sometime last year.  Pairing them with the texture of this card front works very well and I'm so pleased with how this card turned out. Delightfully pretty!

Wishing My Aunt a Very Happy Mother's Day Featuring Taylored Expressions Butterfly Wishes Stamps, Stencils and Dies

I busted out my Waffle Flower Tulips stamps to use this very timely sentiment to create a card to send to my aunt on Mother's Day.  I went full cheery yellow in the theme and love how this turned out!

 Now, my only remaining uncertainty is whether the postman will deliver it in time!

A Few More Tulips

I had stamped some of the Waffle Flower Tulip stamp set and colored with my Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers.  I had die cut them and they were on the desktop.  I decided to do some simple white cardstock frames behind the tulips for a bit of drama over some dry embossed cardstock mats. 

I'm tickled with this stamp set and the resulting cards.  So much cardmaking fun during a time of uncertainty.

Pretty Tulips - A Set of Cards

Brandy and I went to the Rubber Stamp Show in Mesa, Arizona last weekend.  I was so enamoured with this card made by Natalia Zubkova that I purchased the Waffle Flower Tulips stamps and dies.  I knew I wanted to try to repeat the beautiful detailed embellishment on the flowers using a white gel pen.  I'm sharing my first few cards made with the stamps and dies which I colored with my Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers on Bristol.

On these two cards I ink blended with Distress Oxide inks to create a scalloped background for my first Mother's Day cards of the year.  I'm ever so pleased with how these cards turned out.  So fun to make!

I'm so pleased with how these cards turned out.  What fun!  I'm so glad to spend the day with my best friend and I get to make pretty cards with my purchases.  Hooray!
