Happy St. Patrick's Day!
I did say that I intended to make some A2 sized St. Patrick's Day cards and so here I am sharing these cards. I used the Art Impressions Sham-rock stamp set, Watercolor Elves stamp set and the watercolor foliage stamps, just like the cards made with Brandy during our crafty session. I don't have the Tombow markers, so I used my Distress Ink to make these cards. The colors aren't a direct match, but I think it works! The technique is the same as Kendra shared in her video.
The backgrounds are ink blended using Evergreen Bough Distress Oxide Inks which matches quite well. I'm so happy and considering my favorite color is green, I'm practically an adopted Irishman for the day! Hope your celebrations are happy!
Happy St. Patrick's Day.

Making a St. Patrick's Day Wreath Card
Brandy and I watched Kendra from Art Impressions in this video and were simply enchanted by her combination of the Art Impressions Sham-rock stamp set, Watercolor Elves stamp set and the watercolor foliage stamps. Brandy has a set of the Tombow watercolor markers and so it was a make session using the techniques from Kendra's video. These cards are the result of that fun crafty time. I tried to mostly follow Kendra's technique, though I did add some yellow dots rather than using the green like Kendra. I am so very pleased with how these turned out - pretty and fun and I intend to mail these out to celebrate this week. Hence the quick photography and blog post.
I do intended to make a few more cards using the same technique but attempting to fit into an A2 size cards. Stay tuned.

Happy St. Patrick's Day
Stopping by to share this St. Patrick's Day card with you. I stamped my leprechaun and pot of gold onto some white cardstock. colored both with my Polychromos pencils. I then fussy cut the images out, edging them with a black marker before adhering to a white cardstock stitched rectangle die cut that I had stamped with the sentiments.
I thought this little leprechaun looked as though it was about to begin a shenanigans and so I couldn't help but put the pair together.
We're cooking some corned beef and cabbage later today and I'll be wearing the green all day in celebration!

Luck 'O the Irish at the End of a Rainbow
I'm back today with another enclosure card design. This time I used my Taylored Expressions Little Bits Rainbow's End die set. I used my MFT Cloud Stencil to create a background for the rainbow and pot of gold.
The sentiment comes from Brandy's Art Impressions Sham-rock stamp set. It works very well with the pot of gold and will be delightful for a St. Patrick's Day treat . This was a bit fussy to make, but I'm delighted by the outcome so I made a few more.
I'm entering my sunshine and rainbows in the SSS Wednesday challenge Simon Says Whatever the Weather.

It's Time to Get Your Green On
This is the first in a set of cards for St. Patrick's Day. Green is my favorite color and so I couldn't resist using Brandy's Art Impressions Sham-rock stamp set. I first set about stamping in green dye ink using the four-leaf clover onto a white cardstock card base. This is a 2 x 2 enclosure card and I intend to give them for St. Patrick's day with a small kindness inside.
The shamrock stamps an outline, so I used my Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers to color in the clover. I'm super pleased how this card turned out. I made a few so that I can leave some at the flower shop.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
I wanted to stop in and share this card in celebration of St. Patrick's Day. The die cuts were made using new to me Taylored Expressions dies. It was tedious to put together, but very satisfying results. Brandy let me borrow a Art Impressions sentiment stamp which worked out well. I pinned a St. Patrick's Day button on the card envelope and passed them out at work yesterday.
Super fun! I hope your day is filled with green and good eats. We're enjoying the pleasant aroma of corned beef cooking as I type and my daughter is due home for a spring break visit later tonight. It's a good day.
Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Happy St. Patrick's Day Love
Good day and the Luck of the Irish to you as we celebrate St. Patrick's Day today. I thought I'd stop in to share this card that Brandy made with you. I believe Brandy used the We R Memory Keepers Dotted embossing folder to create the background which she then inked with greens and yellow green ink. The edge is embossed with gold embossing powder - simply edge the card with embossing ink, sprinkle with powder and melt. The Hearts were die cut from coordinating green (my favorite!) patterned papers and edged with gold embossing powder in a similar manner as the background.
Simply fantastic, yes!? I'm going to link Brandy up to the following challenges:
