An Especially Bright Birthday Card

I just love how the Distress Oxides blend.  For this card, I ink blended and die cut using a Papertrey Ink frame, white heat embossing a Papertrey Ink Year of Psalms stamp to create my focal image/sentiment.  A few Zig Clean Color Real Brush marker colored Simon Says Stamp Even More Spring Flowers to add a touch of softer color and a great accent to draw the eye.

On the inside, a multi-colored stamped sentiment for the big celebration.

A Simple Birthday Card

I picked up Waffle Flower's Doily Circle die and had an idea for a clean and simple card.  I did some simple ink blending on a white cardstock card base and stamped sentiment and images from my Papertrey Ink Birthday Cheer stamp set, gluing several white die cut doilies together to create some dimension.  I'm ever so happy how these cards turned out.

Oooooh, these go in the stash for when I need them...
