I, unfortunately, had a recent opportunity to send a quick note off upon hearing of the sudden dealth of a sister-in-law's mother. This card, just fit the bill. Here's the details:
- All the patterned papers are from MME's The Sweetest Thing Lavendar paper pad. Yellow is unusual for me, but it really works here.
- The lattice die cut was made using my Heartfelt Creations Decorative Latice from a scrap of solid cardstock.
- The floral pieces are cut from green cardstock scraps using my Our Daily Bread Designs Fancy Foliage.
- The angel wings were stamped using Worn Lipstick Distress ink using my Our Daily Bread Designs Holy Angels stamp. The sentiment was stamped in black Archival Ink and then cut with my Spellbinders Elegant Ovals die.
I'm going to enter this in Word Art Wednesday's Challenge #145: Anything Goes. Come on over to view some amazing art or join in the fun.
Sorry to hear that, hope this lovely card bring them comfort!
